At yesterday’s program “Dreaming with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr,’ the Long Island Children’s Museum had a room full of families with young children eager to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr Day.

STACEY LEE, LICM’s Outreach Director, presented information about Dr. King’s life, and the children read his famous 1963 speech “I Have a Dream.”

Then, with directions from Lee and some help from the moms and dads, each child created a unique, colorful collage of peace.
